This Week

Troop,

This week we are packing the trailer for summer camp. Parents make sure you check in with the leaders to make sure we have everything we need. We will be at the admin building from 6:30-8pm. Bring everything you are bringing to camp except your class A uniform (You need that for the trip down). Bring any medication, Food Allergy forms, money you want leaders to hold, and any Mail you want leaders to hand out. Also make sure you have Health forms AB&C Health form ABC to hand in. I will have troop tee shirts for sale $6.00 small-xl $8.00 for 2x & 3x.

Summer Camp Packing List PERSONAL EQUIPMENT CHECKLIST

We are leaving the admin Building Sunday July 9th at 11:00am please bring your Scout fed or with a sack lunch, We are not fed lunch on Sunday.

We have drivers to get the Scouts to S-F on Sunday, But we need Volunteers to Drive down on Saturday 7/15 morning to help get Scouts home (Need Room for 5 or 2 drivers)

Scouts not yet 1st class, bring your scout books, the older scouts will be at a table reviewing and signing off requirements that were completed but not signed.

If you did not attend the summer camp parent meeting, make sure you contact me to get the information.

Summer Camp Requirements

Health Form AB&C form

Copy of Insurance Card (Listed in Part B)

Copy of Immunization Record (Preferred) OR write the dates on the immunization form.

I will not accept form that have “on file at doctor’s office.        

 

Anyone that will need to take medication at Summer Camp:

Medication must be in the original packaging/bottles.  This includes over the counter medication. 

 

We need Health Form A&B from ALL scouts & Adults.

 

For the boys who are just going to Space Jam, we need:

Health Form A&B

PLC Needs to research summer camps, we will meet during summer camp to choose next year’s location.

If you have not paid yet, $75.00 dues are due.

O.A Dues will be $10.00 for 2017 you can pay @ http://www.shawneelodge.org You do not have to pay dues if you completed Ordeal at fall reunion, or Brotherhood in 2016.
