OA Elections / Troop Meetings

As we get closer to Summer Camp, I have been working with the Gravios Trail OA Advisor on how to have OA elections.

“You must have at least two virtual meetings with your Troop to inform them of the selected election date/time and to let them know who is eligible to be on the ballot. There must be a given opportunity for candidates to discuss their support for being elected into the OA.”

I have scheduled Zoom Meetings for: May 14, May 21, and May 28. It is important that the Scouts join the meetings.

The Scouts will need to use a device that is not the School District Chromebook. I have posted the Zoom information on the Troop Google Classroom and the Troop FB page. (This blog is not secure.)
